EZ Agency OS Nothing expires quietly

Run the service, not the spreadsheet

Everyone on the roster, not just the ones recertifying. EZ Agency OS is EZ Recert plus the rest of the people you are responsible for — the drivers, the dispatchers and the staff who hold documents but never file a CME hour. One roster, one place their paperwork expires from.

What you get

  • Everything EZ Recert does

The same certificate reading, the same category split, the same review queue and the same state forms. Agency OS is a superset rather than a sibling: nothing you already rely on changes, and nothing has to be migrated.

  • A record for people with no account

Somebody can be on the roster before they can log in. Their documents are filed against that record and follow them when they are invited later, rather than being re-uploaded by whoever notices.

  • Expiries you find before the state does

Driving licences, immunisations, background checks — whatever your service has to hold. Each type has its own window, and the reminders go out on it rather than on somebody remembering.

  • Who is required to hold what

A requirement is set once for a role and applies to everybody in it, so the compliance grid answers "who is short" without anybody keeping a second list in a spreadsheet.

What it is not

It does not schedule shifts or track vehicles yet.
Scheduling and fleet are on the plan and are not built. Nothing here pretends otherwise, and buying today buys personnel, documents and recertification.
A seat is charged for every person on the roster.
That is the difference from EZ Recert, and it is charged in addition to the per-recertification fee rather than instead of it — including for the people who never recertify, because they are the ones this exists for.
It is New York State only.
The CME categories, the recertification forms and the reimbursement voucher are the state’s. Nothing here is written for another one.

Tell us about your agency

How many providers you run, which levels they hold, and how recertification is tracked today — or, if you are recertifying on your own, just that. We will tell you what moving to EZ Recert would actually involve.

What happens next
A person reads it and replies — usually within a business day. No automated sequence, no calendar link to fight with.
Waiting on an invitation?
Agency accounts are created by your CME coordinator, and the link arrives by email. Check your spam folder first — if it is not there, write to us and we will chase it up.
